Life coaching experience

Read what just a few of Wendy’s clients say about the life coaching
experience…

“It was a wonderful experience!”

I appreciated the firm honesty right from the start about what life coaching would and wouldn’t be. Much as I would have loved it to be a quick fix, I knew it wouldn’t be and I felt I entered into it with educated and realistic expectations.

At no stage did I feel bullied, pressured, under obligation or uncomfortable. At times I felt challenged, encouraged and dared to believe that I could change things that previously I felt powerless to even approach.

I have no hesitation in recommending coaching with Wendy (who coached me by telephone). She has a lovely gentle manner and a very calming and relaxing tone of voice that encourages trust and peace.

It was a wonderful experience!

“Coaching with Wendy was definitely a life-changing experience!”

‘I found that the whole experience took me out of my comfort zone, which was great because I actually faced up to a lot of long-running issues that have been placed on the back-burner for a long time. I am now in the process of changing my career which I have always dreamed of, but always put off, telling myself that I wasn’t good enough.

It was very easy to open up to Wendy. She put me at my ease and would suddenly drop in what seemed like an off-the-cuff sentence and my mind would race with new insight into my personality and lifestyle. I had quite a few of those ‘Ahhhh, that’s why I…’ moments.

The sessions with Wendy have given me a huge confidence boost. Not an artificial high, but rather a confidence in who I am and what I am capable of. It is more a permanent shift than a positive lift!

Coaching with Wendy was definitely a life-changing experience!

“…life coaching has helped me with has been my self management and organisation…-I am actually enjoying work now!”

My goals were to reduce my stress levels at work by learning how to delegate more, achieve more, understand my management style and improve lack of self management. In the beginning of my coaching I discovered that a lot
of the pressure I was under was self-induced and that I needed to ‘go easier on myself’ .The coaching helped me realize that I was actually achieving quite a lot, but I didn’t realise it…

The most valuable thing that life coaching has helped me with has been my self management and organisation. Since life coaching my time management has improved immensely. Overall it has enabled me to be more relaxed at work and confident in what I am achieving, my stress levels have diminished and I am thinking a lot more clearly-I am actually enjoying work now!

“I would recommend Wendy’s coaching as a worthwhile investment as it is quite literally “life-changing”.

‘Coaching sessions with Wendy Bray have been a stimulating mixture of hard-headed practicality, enthusiastic support, and encouragement not to settle for the mediocre as opposed to the best. I have fond it a thought-provoking and challenging process that has caused me to restructure some areas of my life and work, and it has also enabled me to recapture a sense of purpose as to where my life is heading, rather than just simply going with the flow.

As a coach, Wendy does not settle for second best-she constantly prods you to take steps to fulfil dreams that have been dormant for far too long. In my case, I feel I have finished the sessions with fresh vision for where I want to go next-and with valuable ideas and strategies to help me get there! I would recommend Wendy’s coaching as a worthwhile
investment as it is quite literally “ life changing”!

“…coaching has helped me to focus on how to get more out of my current role and has enabled me to focus on myself…and start believing in myself.”

‘I had felt unsure about my work, what I should be doing and what I am best at. Through talking to a life coach I wanted to be able to understand where to go from here career wise. During the coaching I realised that I needed to have more confidence in myself, to believe in myself and recognise what I am capable of. The coaching has helped me to focus on how to get more out of my current role and has enabled me to focus on myself…and start believing in myself.
